Vertical milling machine operator wanted in Pine County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Pine County, Minnesota. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Day to day you will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Part-time with flexible hours. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
