Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ogun Waterside, Ogun State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Performance bonus on top of base pay.
