Oven operator wanted in Parmer County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Parmer County, Texas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
