Join our team: we are hiring a groundsman in Oredo, Edo. You will work at a landscaping company. On a typical shift you will prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers Overtime paid at a premium rate.
