Prep cook wanted in Dass

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Dass, Bauchi State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
