Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Orange County, Florida. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Rotating shifts. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
