Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Baker County, Florida. The job is at a beach resort. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On the job you will handle: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
