Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Okeechobee County, Florida. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. Your main tasks: • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Rotating shifts.
