Catering cook — Brevard County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Brevard County, Florida. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
