Surface coating operator • Amethi, Uttar Pradesh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. You should bring willing to work shifts and overtime; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms; can read film thickness gauges and colour codes. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
