Bread baker — Odigbo

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Odigbo, Ondo State. The job is in a bread factory. Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Pay around ₦285,000 per month, based on your experience.
