What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness You will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; read lift plans and method statements before starting; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
