Blocklayer — Rano

Vacancy available: we are hiring a blocklayer in Rano, Kano State. You will be based on a new-build development. Day to day you will setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦310,000 per project, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
