Bread baker wanted in Scott County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Scott County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy bakery. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
