Dough maker • Roni, Jigawa State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Roni, Jigawa State. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
