Halal butcher wanted in Devon

Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Devon, England. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Overtime paid at a premium rate.
