Fine-dining server — Konshisha

Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Konshisha, Benue State. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
