Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Dekina, Kogi State. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
