Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Current Driver CPC qualification card On a typical shift you will report defects and book the unit in for servicing; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock.
