Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled We offer ₦12,500 per day plus benefits.
