Your main tasks: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Six days a week, one day off.
