We are recruiting: lathe programmer-operator (Florida)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Volusia County, Florida. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. On a typical shift you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers. You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
