Confectioner wanted in Bracknell Forest

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Bracknell Forest, England. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
