Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
