You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
