Confectioner — Baksa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Baksa, Assam. The job is in a bread factory. Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideally you have food handler / hygiene certificate; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Six days a week, one day off.
