The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
