Commis chef wanted in Bajali

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Bajali, Assam. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations 6+ years on the tools preferred.
