Catering cook wanted in Ibadan North

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Ibadan North, Oyo State. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
