Now hiring: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Cass County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems The role involves: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
