You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
