Fine-dining server wanted in Jaba

Now hiring: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Jaba, Kaduna State. You will work at a beach resort. You will clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
