Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Lapai, Niger State. Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving ₦120,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
