The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
