Tower crane operator — Collier County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Collier County, Florida. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) On the job you will handle: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
