Banquet server — Bexar County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banquet server in Bexar County, Texas. The job is in a café. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
