Now hiring: we are hiring a café server in Webster County, Missouri. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Six days a week, one day off.
