Sausage maker • Billiri, Gombe State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Billiri, Gombe State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time with occasional weekends.
