Turning centre operator wanted in Ikeja

Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Ikeja, Lagos State. The job is at a busy machine shop. Day to day you will load and index turning tools in the turret; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); write and edit G-code programs at the control. You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
