Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Part-time with flexible hours.
