Dough maker — Toro

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Toro, Bauchi State. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
