What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
