Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Hall County, Georgia. You will work in a coffee shop. You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
