Baker — Ogun Waterside

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Ogun Waterside, Ogun State. You will work at a busy bakery. Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦140,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
