Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day-to-day duties: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
