Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Wise County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Your main tasks: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
