Join our team: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Offa, Kwara State. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Your main tasks: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
