Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Baylor County, Texas. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $130 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
