Fine-dining server — Shinkafi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Shinkafi, Zamfara State. You will be based at a busy restaurant. Day-to-day duties: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 5+ years on the tools preferred.
