Urgent requirement: kitchen steward (Imo State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Oru East, Imo State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Full-time, day shift.
